I was staying at TTDC hotel, excellent hotel with big and clean room with attached clean bathroom. TTDC hotel is located in prime location , complimentary breakfast was good.

There are many places to visit nearby like Rose garden, ootty Lake, botanical garden, kalhatty water falls, pykara falls and pikara lake etc.
Madhumali is a beautiful forest near ootty and yes ofcourse the nilgiri mountain railway, it is an awesome journey, I enjoyed a lot.
