During my time in Jodhpur, I made sure, to visit some of the most lovely rooftop restaurants/cafes/bars. I am listing the ones I found to be some of the best and customer friendly, for my readers to help themselves on their own trips to the beautiful blue city.
One of the best, budget friendly restaurant with a spectacular view of the blue city as well as the front portion of the Mehrangarh Fort which sits right infront of the cafe. The food is delicious and the prices are some of the most reasonable and cheapest I found in Jodhpur, making it one of the most loved rooftop restaurant/cafe in the city. It is just few meters away from the magnificent Toorji ka Jhalra Stepwell monument. It is present on the rooftop of it's parent organisation, Gopal Guest House.

The Blue Turban is attached to one of the most popular hostel chains of India, Zostel. The Rooftop Bar/Restaurant/Cafe provides a breathtaking view of the Mehrangarh Fort, especially during the evening. If you are someone who enjoys the ambience while dining, you will find the place perfect. Delicious as the food is, the price range is quite reasonable. Cheese Maggi and Mac n' Cheese here is a must try. The place has a beautiful vibe, especially catering to the expectations of the youth.

A very popular cafe with great ambience and breathtaking views, with an ever closer proximity to the Fort. I found the food fairly delicious and reasonable price. However it was the ambience, behavior of the staff as well as decor of the place which really impressed me.

I found this Cafe as one of the most amazing Cafe, for dining and drinking with a picturesque view of the Toorji ka Jhalra stepwell, beside which the cafe sits. The ambience is beautiful, with a look of a modern day, english style cafe. The Behavior, service of the Staff is quite commendable. Food is great, with a relatively reasonable price range.

Panaroma 360 offers you a rich ambience and feel, along with delicious Indian meals. The views from the rooftop restaurants looks beautiful, especially during the evening hours. I was quite satisfied with the behavior of the staff and management. Coming to the prices, it falls pretty much in mid ranges, however I think the price was reasonable given the quality of service and food.

A very unique, Rajasthani Architecture themed Hotel, Pal Haveli is a sight to behold. Overlooking the busy and happening hearthrob of Jodhpur City, the Ghantaghar (Girdikot Market), the marvellous hotel boasts of an equally beautiful rooftop restaurant, the Indique Restaurant which impressed me by many factors. The courtsey of the staff and management is very much to be appalauded as well as the quality and quantity of the food. I especially loved the Jodhpuri Chakki ki Sabzi, which was absolutely delicious. Although the price range of this restaurant is a bit expensive, compared to the other cafes and restaurants I visited, I can assure you, your experience here will be worth every penny you pay.

Attached to a Heritage Hotel, this rooftop restaurant provides a 360 degree panoramic view of the blue city and the Mehrangarh fort as the backdrop. A quite lovely ambience and vibe, the food is delicious, serving authentic Rajasthani and other Indian cuisines. The restaurant also serves some of the most delicious Italian meals. Somewhat expensive, although the experience is quite enough to make it worthy.
