the perfect evening coffee

I have visited this place 5 times in the past 7 years. I have been here with friends and alone.. and I am still not done with this place. There is something about this place that gets me back every year. The combination of the weather, the river, the mountain breeze, the mind-blowing food at the number of dimly lit cafes is something I havn't experieneced at any other hill station. It was during my third trip here that I fell in love with this part of Manali - the best part is that it is away from the main city (and from the "loud" "north-Indian" "tourists") and is inhabited mainly by locals and foreigners. You can actually experience the "peace" you expect at a hill station. Eat, sit/walk by the river, sleep, repeat...
