Here's exactly what you should try if you are a non veg lover and where to go in Lucknow.
Let's go through the one day episode in our Nawabo ka sheher.
First and foremost, cannot miss galouti kebabs from tunday, Aminabad. This is a very old and famous joint(still satisfying the same taste), you might see various celebrities pictures at the entrance. The kebabs are utterly delicious and soft. The best combo is galouti kebabs with rumali roti and a bottle of coke.
after satisfying your hunger, the first place to go would be historical and tourist attractions Bara Imambara and Chota Imambara.
Bara Imambara is known for its incredible maze, bhool bhulaiya. It's said it has 1024 ways to get in but only 2 ways to come out. Also the mosque is worshipped every year by Muslims on the occasion of Muharram. It's unique style of construction has no wood, metal used.
Further ahead is Rumi Darwaza, heart of Lucknow. This gate is basically between bara and chota Imambara and has become a logo for lucknow. It's completely based on awadhi architecture. Also you can click pictures at clock tower.
Next stop had to be definitely Ambedkar Park, built my Mayawati dedicated to B.R Ambedkar.
Near to this park is marine drive.
Biryani comes to rescue for dinner.
Trust me you will love it, IDREES mutton biriyani(softest mutton I have ever had) preorder by 7pm because it finishes too early. Dastarkhwan chicken biryani/chicken masala(semi gravy tends to dry)
Must try and totally recommended! 😊
