Jaisamand Lake is a stunning man-made lake popular for its spectacular beauty. It is one of the most popular tourist places in Rajasthan and offers a wondrous mix of elegance and history. The lake is the largest man-made lake in India and it has three different inhabited islands.

To the north there are two palaces of Rana Jai Singh and situated on the bottom of the hills is the Hawa Mahal and Ruthi Rani ka Mahal belonging to the Queen. Surrounding the lake is the Jaisamand Sanctuary which is home to a multitude of wildlife.
