The tremendous "Adiyogi" Shiva in the middle of velliangiri mountains will give us a stunning look and experience.
Me and my friend planned to travel to Isha which is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We started our journey from Bangalore in the night after office. So there are direct buses from Bangalore to Coimbatore and you need take another bus which goes to "Isha" from Coimbatore bus junction.
We saw the "Adiyogi" statue from the far view, when the bus was about to reach the Isha, i got goose bumps looking at it. What a view!
We got down from bus heading towards our accommodation which was pre booked through online(there are pre procedures required so plan accordingly).
How to book: To book the cottages inside Isha Yoga center, you should send mail(at least 10-15 days prior) to : ishastay@ishafoundation.org. There are different types of stay/cottages available. According to the dates and stay availability, we stayed at Thennai cottages which had decent deal and calm surroundings(Rs 750 only/day)
The whole place is fully disciplined right from where it starts. It is all properly set and managed. It is huge dorm where you can find "Peace" to the fullest.
We headed towards our stay which we had booked in a cottage. We had a long walk while we reached, we got refreshed a bit wanted to roam all the placed inside, see and feel all of it.
All the places we went inside there, was a pin drop silence with all of us following what was asked to, we tasted some fresh juices with hot pongal which made us more active to stay for the sunset, we walked around, we spent time by the lake, tried to meditate and felt ourselves.
We came to room and got ready to see the night beauty, laser light show on Adiyogi. We walked and walked and from the far we agin saw the beauty, we went a bit near, near and what we saw. Oh my god, i really felt that i saw the "Sakshaat dev, Mahadev"
When the light show started, i got goose bumps and i saw the whole story then and there. The experience is not just able to express in words. I captured all through my eyes and felt it all.
Everytime i saw different avatars and my eyes could not just lie! Sharing few camera shots here.
With that 1 hour of experience and memory, we cam to our stay because we wanted to go see the beauty again the day time with that morning sunshine.
Unfortunately it rained, it was fully covered with clouds but trust the view was mind blowing!
With the a bit of prayers and conversations we came back to accommodation as we had to rush to catch our bus back to Bangalore!
I feel like going there to feel and have a different experience again. Absolutely a must visit place!
