It was my first solo trip and, I was afraid because I have never traveled alone before. But it was really fun I took train from Bhopal "sampark kranti express" to Hyderabad. I shared my seat with a soilder and with an Urban town planner, they were so nice to me and experiencing people from different cities were awesome they both lives in Hyderabad. We talked all night and their company made me comfortable.
Next day , morning at 7 am I reached kacheguda railway station, Hyderabad. From there I took a local for falaknuma station. People were so nice to me they really helped me a lot even some of them used sign language to help because of language barrier.
I checked in my room get relaxed And booked a cab for IKEA. I was visiting Ikea for the first time and experience was really awesome I loved the concept and marketing style I enjoyed there and had my "swidish lunch".
Then i took metro from Hi-Tech city for mgbs bus stand because I wanted to visit salarjun meauseam but I forget in Hyderabad Friday is off for many offices and other parks and meauseam. So I took a cab from there to char minar. I really enjoyed the char Minar , it was crowded , and near char minar they had really delicious street food, I enjoyed famous "Irani chai" there by nimrah.
I wake up at 9 am , and had great south indian breakfast. and then I took a bus to namapally, it took so much time but yes I really got the real city exposure. People travelling by bus were mostly college students and some locals are too traveling. It felt like I'm living in Hyderabad. From namapally I took a metro again then I went to panjagutta, there I met my friend we explored the next geleria mall.
After exploring mall I went to an awesome cafe, near Banjara hills and there i had a "English breakfast" in evening lol. The name of the cafe is "the hole in the wall".
then i returned to falaknuma , and near char minar I had "garlic cheese dosa" believe me Hyderabad is best city for foodies and food there is very cheap and delicious too. I have visited a mosque near char Minar , I sat there about 30 min , everyone was preparing for namaz and I captured a picture of an old man washing his hand and face before namaz.
Day was good , I visited market place and other parts of city. But the best thing ever happened to me is i got invitation from "taj falaknuma palace" this is one the best palace property in India, and it was built by nizam of hydrabad , initially it was palace but taj is running a hotel there. I felt so royal , they sent a car to took us then from the outer gate of hotel to main entrance a golf cart took us. There we were welcomed and then we explored the hotel and move towards the restaurant , the service and food were so so so amazing. And that's how I explored the hydrabad alone it was a city travel and in these 4 days I explored almost every corner of hydrabad and even met from my old friends and made some new friends for life. Before this trip I was an "travel virgin" because I never traveled alone , and visiting hydrabad was the ultimate start of my solo journey. And this is how I lost my virginity in hydrabad.
