CoVid has restricted lot of travel and the fear has aroused for travel ,but sometimes what you need is just peace and watch the harmony of nature to refresh your mind and heal your soul for all the damages caused on weekdays :)

So when you talk about harmony and peace what more beautiful then waves, sun and weather. Yes I am talking about beach-a beach which is located in outskirts of Bhatkal-a town in coast of Arabian Sea in Karnataka .There lies plenty of untouched beaches -one among them is Gorte beach/Sodigadded beach (Since the visitors are only local people- this beach is not traced by Google Maps yet). It is a place where you want to go to enjoy Goa kind of beach feeling with no much hustle.

How to reach- Nearest railway station is Bhatkal railway station (You can get trains from neighboring states of Karnataka -However if visiting from Delhi and other states -you may have to first halt in Mangalore and take a bus or drive from Mangalore.

There are plenty of homestays and resort nearby, also Murdeshewar(Famous for Shiva Statue) which is just 18kms from this beach (for more resort options you can opt-Karwar,Ankola,Yellapur)

You can reach to Purvarga via Bhatkal railway station head towards sodigadde on NH 66 and you can check with locals for the beach .Just 10-15min drive from highway.
