Day 1

If you are a person who likes peace , Heritage, interested in historical places and a place to stay away from crowd then this story is definitely for you.

We have planned for Khatu Shyam ji temple to take blessing of Lord Krishna to say goodbye to year 2021.
Khandela is nearby around one hour drive from Khatu Shyam ji temple.

Khandela is an ancient town (more than 2000 years old). Raja Raisal from the Shekhawat clan of Rajputs established his rule of the region Shekhawati with Khandela as its capital from 1538 – 1615 AD.
Here in Castle Khandela : restored and initiated by Dr. Raisal Singh, the Maharaja himself. He stayed on this property and can easily be meet. He shared his experiences and history about the castle while we stayed here and truly it was  a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. There is a collection of coins, arms like Bhala, knives, accessories, old paintings and pictures, art and crafts and many more. It's a property in budget so won't make a hole in your pocket. HaHaHa..

Day 2

Next day we started our journey the historic and artistically rich land of Shekhawati's Alsisar village.
It's a magnificent and breathtaking palace – “Alsisar Mahal”. The 17th century battle-hardened Alsisar Mahal stands tall with its fabulous grandeur and exudes a glorious history.

An unparalleled gateway to Rajasthan’s Royal Lifestyle Holidays, Alsisar Mahal bears jaw-dropping frescoes, grand courtyards, magnificent dining arcades and flattering heritage rooms and suites; each speaking with full-throated ease about the richness of royal Rajasthani hospitality. Retaining its old charm and beauty, the palace depicts various scenes of the grandeur and valor of the bygone days, the rich history of the Shekhawat clan still continued by the members of the family ALSISAR.

A peaceful and a 17th century heritage hotel gives you the experience of richness and royalty in an old village of Shekhawati region called Alsisar.

Khandela and Alsisar, i believe can't be done through public transport as it's situated somewhere secluded, so would suggest to travel by own or hired car only.
