Day 2

So, after the tiring trek of past two days with continuous rainfall here we were for our next destination 'Hemkund Sahib' I was in a huge state of dilemma that wheather I should go or not because it wasn't easy and top of that I face breathing issues too at higher altitudes. I met a guy on the trip he was from our batch, he was a solo traveller so he was hanging out with us and he was carrying around this book with him "The Power of your subconscious mind" he asked me to give it a read and then do what my heart says. Hence, I did what he said.

I read 50 pages of that book and I don't know how and why I made a very tough call and decided to go. I bought some kapoor from the medical shop ( it helps in breathing) and started the journey. The weather was not looking good so the other friend of mine backed out and he went to the base camp. He asked me to come with him but I wanted to give it a try doesn't matter where I reach I just had to give an attempt from my end and that's what I did and I am so happy that I read that book and inspired myself to get out of my comfort zone and Savour the pain as a luxury. This was the best day throughout the trip and I will definitely recommend you to go to Hemkund Sahib.

The view was thrice more beautiful than what we saw in the valley of flowers. The alleviation was steep but trust me If I can do it then anyone can do it all you need is determination.

I came across many flowers ( more than I saw in the valley of flowers) and the vibe was next level. I met new people got to know them and enjoyed every second of trekking.

It wasn't easy but if you have enough passion for something then it doesn't matter how hard it gets you will give your 200% and that's what makes it more beautiful. At last I reached Hemkund Sahib by 1:30. I got to see Bramhkamal  ( A very rare flower which is only found at Hemkund Sahib) the whole mountain was covered with it and they looked so beautiful.🖤❤️

There was a lake too and what a view it was!! I drank tea the moment I reached gurudwara and man it felt like some magic potion, not kidding.
