Hampta pass and chandratal lake

My travel lust towards mountains begins from hampta pass trek . Where I started to explore myself with new people , North India and mountains . My first Himalayan trek was hampta pass in August 2018 , it's call monsoon trek . If one must know the meaning of monsoon and experience it can try this trekking  of 6 days . 

Here I'm trying to share my feelings and experience about this trek . Throughout the trek you will be accompanied by waters streams , waterfalls, flower valleys and not to forget beautiful Himalayan mountains . For me this Voyage was bit difficult , as I mentioned before this was my first trek and I was drenched in rain for  two days  . You have to trek  14000ft  ,as you go higher you can feel the mist touching you softly and  rain will become your shadow . At times I was really scared of flood in mountains , specially at night we used camp near river bays and whole night it would rain . We used to sleep in wet tents and sleeping bags . The best thing in this trek is you got to cross chilling river , most adventurous but it will let you freeze out.

Lastly I can't forget chandratal lake and the spitivalley  drive . Best moment in my life , there when my lust towards this trek and travel  springed felt to be a true wander . Spitivalley is a heavenly places , you just don't feel to miss a single view ..............#wanderlust
