Dhangri kusum is an awesome village in west bengal ideal for weekend trip, 220 km from kolkata.
Situated in jhargram dist of west bengal, it is basically plateau area, surrounded by hills, water falls rivers, jangle and ofcourse temples.
Jhar khand border is just 8 to 10 k.m from dhangri kusum. Basically it is a tribal village,
Maximum people are farmers ,
I stayed at a home stay name of yhe homestay is hudhudi homestay. It is a only home stay over there,
People are polite , simple and clam there is a very nice water falls called hudhudi falls 600 mt. from home stay. It is a short treak.
Except hudhudi falls you can go ghagra falls, tarafeni dam, khenda rani lake, kanak durga temple, and others
Food is very tasty, veg and noveg you can ask for anything .You can enjoy the traditional dishes homestay's rooms and bathroom are clean.
