Day trip to Polo Forest

Though a forest, you would hardly see animals or birds at Polo Forest. But it was so serene. Monsoon have just started here and hence the greenery was soothing to the eyes. It was a day well spent. Polo forest is also a heritage site wherein there are old temples to be seen. There is a dam way ahead where you can sit and enjoy the chirping of the birds and enjoy the scenery. You won't get any network hence so disturbance at all. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle bustle of the city, then this is the place. It's a 3 hour journey from Ahmedabad and four and a half hour from Vadodara.
