This city is very close to my hear since I started my career here. Also it never fails to enchant with its charm.
Weekend road trip begins early in the morning 🌞. There are various on the way resturants for authentic south indian food if in case you love south indian food.
So we reach in afternoon to our hotels, freshen up and leave for our first destination:
@MysorePalace. Fare of the palace: Rs 70/- and timings 10-5:30 pm. It takes around 2-3 hrs to visit the complete residency. And it's beautifully decorated on the occasion of Dussehra especially. This is the official residence of wadiyar dynasty. The royal palace is in the centre of Mysuru city and faces Chamundi hills.
We start our day early because it's my favorite place today in the agenda. It's INFOSYS tour.
Infosys Mysore is the India's largest training campus. Fun fact: it's no less than a five star hotel. If you look at the aerial view, Infosys is written as per the building architecture.
Lunch has to be part of memories as well!
Next stop is beautiful Brindavan gardens. The most popular and exciting experience here is musical fountain scheduled in evenings. Entry fee- Rs. 15/-, timings- 6-8pm. Musical fountain and lighting 7-8 pm.
