You donβt realize how big Christmas can be till you find yourself right in the middle of Christmas festivities in a country where most of the people follow Christianity. With all schools and colleges shit and most offices also in a holiday mood the cities look beautiful. Crowded markets, crowded trams and trains and even pubs all speak the same language Christmas.
Apart from Melbourne where I am presently I had a chance to visit Cairns in up north of Australia. The mood is definitely in the Christmas spirit.
