We were in Gujarat to visit parents. But had to join office in pune on monday as well. So we left from Naliya, Gujarat at 5am in Nexon. We will be seeing sunrise after so long. After 2 hrs drive we saw sun coming up. Sunrise is so special to people like us who wake up late. It was all orange and yellow and white. It was like 3 different layers of rays. I feel bad for my husband sometimes. He stay focused on road and miss out most beautiful things. Well after 3 hrs drive we stopped to have breakfast and the journey continued till we reached Ahmedabad. On our way to Ahmedabad i saw lands filled with water at some points the water was all dried up and land was white as snow. I saw machines collecting that white thing. After some time i realised they were making salt. I have never seen this before. Every journey i have been on is a different experience.
After a ride of almost 6 hrs we stopped for a tea break and continued our ride till Mumbai. Reached Mumbai at 9pm. Stayed in Mumbai for a night and continued journey to Pune the next day. Hate Mumbai traffic so left early and saw one more sunrise and this one was more beautiful. Have to admit it the beauty that one can see on Mumbai Pune expressway has no match especially during sunrise.
