This is beautiful location besides lake and hills surrounding the lake make it a perfect place for one day trip and a picnic with family or friends. Water is quite clear and ppl can have fun in water but avoid going Deep inside the lake. Place is good with safety perspective as well and we have found a local there as a guard for avoiding ppl going in deep water. He has changed very nominally mentioning it as parking charge.
This lake besides hills and dam is very good place for picnic. We went there with friends and family for a small picnic. There we have ample place to setup seating and enjoy food or play small games. We had fun in water with kids enjoying a lot. The sunrise and sunset both are very beautiful here and on a day with cool weather this place is awesome. Best time to be here would be a sunrise to see the sun coming out behind the hill directly opposite of the lake.
Approach road to this place is good except last 1.5 km which is dirt road. Enough parking space at the location just next to lake very close to water. Please go with your own food and drinks as nothing available near by.
