Be A WILD

Tripoto

During this great adventurous journey of our LIFE we meet so many people, some of them we remember and some of them becomes only a phone contacts. I am gonna talk about some of those people, I met on my travelling. Those people taught me how they enjoy this Life Journey with their WILD Attitude. Those solo travelers showed me a complete different way to explore this LIFE - SOLO travelling.

I feel there’s nothing quite like waking up by yourself in an unfamiliar place with nothing to do but explore. When we explore something, we explore our self too and exploration our self depends on the choices or decisions we takes.

The Interesting aspects of solo travelling that it requires your attention on your planning and preparation for your journey. Because a adventurous soul is infatuate with uncharted territory. This is always driven by wanderlust, and a perpetual desire to embrace the unfamiliar.

Those People told me a common thing that a solo traveler possess these characteristics and beyond that, they recognize the inherent value of celebrating earth and its dynamism on your own. ( I was amazed to know that still there are people on earth who enjoy this earth beauty on their own plannings, they are not depend on anyone else , simply they are true Independent.) because when you travel by yourself, you belong to no one and everyone all at once.

I would not say we should leave our friend's companies obviously there is certainly value and great joy to be found in traveling with others, but it’s also far more predictable. But as far I got to know from those WILD people that through solo travel, you become more comfortable going with the flow, which is vital to success, survival and happiness. No body will stop you , You will get to know the actual meaning of FREEDOM.

Solo travel allows you to set the pace of the journey. You make your own plans and dictate your own schedule. But with no one to watch your back, you’re also responsible for your own safety. In turn, your instincts become your guide and greatest friend.

Via solo travel, you absorb and recognize far more than you would if traveling with companions. You sense, feel and learn more than you could’ve ever anticipated.

Simply put, traveling alone makes us wise, as it fosters both outward and inward discovery. It reduces stress and increases self-awareness. There will be times you feel extremely lonely. Even if you’re completely surrounded by people, loneliness can creep in — particularly if you’re in a place where no one speaks your native tongue and communication is difficult. But the experience will also help you understand the important distinction between being alone and feeling alone.

I would say that there is a difference between solitude and loneliness. Loneliness increases feelings of isolation and depletes the spirit and Solitude increases self-awareness and ultimately makes us feel more connected with the world.

This life is full of distractions, and it’s difficult to live in the moment. We need time to sit with our thoughts and process it all. Forget past, do not worry about the future , only live for today ,enjoy this present.

Research shows that mindfulness meditation, or the practice of focusing on enjoying the present, can decrease anxiety significantly as it helps reduce the stress hormone, cortisol.

Traveling alone provides for this type of benevolent reflection.

In other words, solo travel helps free your mind and teaches you to celebrate each and every breath. Because Self-discovery requires exploration and Exploration requires time from this greedy world.

Limitations on which ,you used to be place yourself starts to reduce, and it inspire you to step outside of your comfort zone.

Traveling with others allows us to latch onto the familiar, but during solo excursions we have no choice but to venture into uncharted territory, physically and mentally.

You make friends with strangers, eat cuisine you’ve never heard of, listen to music played with instruments you can’t name and begin to see the world in an entirely new light.

In the process, you become a more confident individual, ready to run out into the wild with nothing but a smile on your face and a passion for new experiences.

Simply put, solo travel will make you a kinder, more empathic and insightful individual.

It teaches you to seek out and celebrate the unfamiliar, making you more adept at adjusting to the only constant in life: change.

You’ll find answers to questions you didn’t know you were asking, have adventures you never imagined and grow as a person in immeasurable ways.

To travel alone is to get lost on purpose, in order to be found.

So Start planning and go SOLO with your WILD Attitude.

BE WILD.

Before become a WILD, :P Please follow some of this advice too:

1, Book a hotel with a 24-hour front desk if you'll be arriving late, so you don't end up sleeping in your car or worse.

2, Be your own best counsel; if it doesn't feel right, don't do it.

3, Carry good identification, in more than one place.

4,Keep to open and public places, especially at night.

5, Exude confidence and walk purposefully.

6, Avoid appearing like a tourist. Ditch the Disney T-shirt and don't walk around with your face in a guidebook.

7, Don't draw attention to yourself by wearing flashy clothes or jewelry.

8,Lie a little. When asking directions, don't let on that you are alone: "Can you direct me to the museum? I have to meet a friend."

9,Check your maps and transportation schedules before leaving your hotel/train/rental car/tourist office. A solo traveler poring over maps can be a mark for unsavory types.

10, Leave a copy of your itinerary with a friend or family member at home, and stay in touch regularly via phone, text, video chat or email.
