Park Residency Hotel*Average Hotel*Great Location

Park Residency is very basic property, the building is very old and it's looks like time stood still, the entire property needs a complete over haul, rooms and furniture's to bring it to the 21st Century, but all said it's an ideal property that is situated bang center of MG Road, close to restaurants, banks, bars and malls.

The Rooms are very outdated and needs complete overhaul, the rooms are big, semi-comfy beds, no amenities, no mini-bar nothing, only fridge, No English channels on the cable TV is a complete letdown, housekeeping is very basic and need to inform them when u want your rooms to be cleaned. The linen is run down and needs a complete change, cleanliness of the rooms are not to the hotel standards, there are always sheets and towels with stains. Initially for the first night was in 503 but had to change the room for the bed being uncomfortable, and lack of sunlight in the room, then moved to 504.

WiFi is weak in the rooms, but stronger in the lobby area. Try to book rooms that are road facing WiFi signal is stronger.

Room service is available but no late nights.

They have breakfast part of the room package but only limited options and mostly Indian food, eggs to order.

Service is ok and staff are friendly and very accommodating and will assist and guide you. Satish and his team do a fantastic job to assist guest in any ways they can.

Over all if u are on a tight budget but need to stay in the heart of city this place is the one to look for but again don't expect most hotel amenities that you see in other hotels.

The room rates are from INR 2500/- for AC rooms with breakfast.

Room Tip: take rooms facing the road and on lower floors for natural lighting and stronger WiFi.
