27 days into january and my schedule's on track.
3 days of body weight cardio, 4 days of running combined with cycling.
Woke up at 6:30 hoping to tire my legs but the winter rains washed it off. Stuck to indoor i switched mode to body weight cardio with "valhalla calling me" raising the tempo.
300 reps of high knee
300 reps of jumping jacks
200 reps of pushup
100 reps of frog jump
100 reps of crunches and leg raise
30 kms in 100 mins in my montra. The speed is there but yeh dil mange more. The time has to come down more.
The mantra is "light weight baby, light weight"
30 mins, 5 kms, increasing speed slowly.
Taking one day at a time in running.
Mixing it up now, 5 kms of run and 9 kms of cycling. Way to go.
Sore throat but nothing messes with the routine.
300 reps of side bends
105 reps of frog jump
135 reps of pushups
135 reps of leg raises
No cycling yet for this week but the body weight reps are going strong. M a die hard fan of the para forces in our army.
Their routine keeps me motivated and one of that is the hell march.
To get a bit of a taste of what actually that can feel i pulled up 1000 reps of high knee followed by 300 reps of flutter kicks. Oh yeah and 70 reps of triceps.
Phewww.
And an unplanned activity in the night saw me running 2.3 kms in which 1 km i practised hell march.
Quite a day it was.
Doing two rounds of exercise, one in the morning and the other in night feels good.
Continuing with the flow, morning had me doing
100 reps of crunches
300 reps of jumping jacks
100 reps of frog jump
1 hell set of pushup having 100 reps
Come the night, hell march of 1 km and a sprint of 1 km

The intermittent fasting is running well but i still see gaps in my diet which i intend to set on the right course.
Keeping strong and determined is the need of the hour.

Though am not a romantic guy but yes sometimes you got to give these to your wife who supports in all possible ways. The amount of travelling that i do or better said we do would not have been possible if not for her. I dont say all these to her but she is my backbone.

Had running planned out in the evening but it dint reach execution as i had a terrible indigestion. Lets see how my body copes up tommorow.

A year back i did the same but this time i dint feel tired at all. Showing signs m growing. I am planning not to write daily workoutf from now but to spice it up. I havenot decided yet on how and what am i gonna do but am devising a plan.
