Ahaldara is a 360 degree view point at the the top of Shelpu Hills in West Bengal, India. It is at a distance of about 50 km from NJP station . The car rates will be Rs- (2500-3000) from NJP/ Bagdogra and it takes about 3- 3.5 hours to reach there. Ahaldara offers 360 view and different hills of North Bengal and Sikkim can be viewed from here. One can see Mongpu, Chatakpur, Bagora, Kalimpong, Lava, Rishop and different places of Sikkim from this place. There are 2 homestays at Ahaldara view point where tourists can stay.
