I have recently had a wonderful stay at the Trident Hotel, Cochin. I was off on a week long work trip and circumstances were such that I ended up extending my stay by another over a week. The hotel staff had been extremely accommodative to my requirements, very friendly and understanding lot. I especially wouldn't forget one of the staff from in room dining, Himanshu Sharma, a jovial person and very articulate in communicating with the guests, he would serve me with coconut water and beetroot juice every eve after a hectic day's job. He was always available and cared for any requirement that I might have had and frequently asked about my feedback too. A fine professional I would say!
It's also admirable how the hotel staff have been flawlessly serving their guests amidst the constraints of covid. Very impressive!
The food also was really good and everyday I could taste the unique flavors of Kerala, kudos to the chef, Ravi.
Overall, a memorable stay at Trident !
