A Short Drive to Nature ..#offbeatgetaway

It was a Saturday morning and we just decided let's make this a peaceful weekend to reguvinate and find ourselves for a new week. We convinced some friends to join and took a short drive to khondeshwar ...the land of green landscapes ...being just an hour away from ambernath where we stay, we had never been to this beauty. We drove there on our scooty and reached the place quickly...the scenic beauty on the way itself was mesmerizing. Since it was rainy season the path to our journey was so green and bright ...the nature was enjoying the rains and showing up it's color...the wind was so cool and pleasant....we reached the khondeshwar temple ..it was a small temple with a waterfall next to it..we went into the waterfall and the water was so chilled ..clicked a lot of pictures and played in the water ...then we drove to a nearby dhaba and had some amazing non veg food....and some chilled beer... what a fun day with my love and our friends..in the evening the sky looked so pure and gorgeous...we just went and laid down on the green hills... enjoying that peaceful beautiful view of the sky with my love holding hand and  lying down under the sky.... people usually talk about lying under the stars but it's a pleasant scene to lie under the blue red sky and see the sun slowy setting ....a mesmerizing view ....and the soft green grass below you makes you feel like heaven ....we had a beautiful short get away from the usual hectic corporate work-life.
