A Hidden Gem residing little away from Rishikesh

We had a long pending trip with our friends and they were very furious to head towards Rishikesh again and I accepted to explore it again on one condition that I'll be planning every thing in the trip.

The main point came in that I had to travel with my wife and the stay comfort was my 1st priority and 2nd was to be away from the usual crowd of Rishikesh and Shivpuri, so the hunting of perfect destination began and tried exploring several places and at last found this hidden gem on Neelkanth road at Phoolchatti i.e. Pebbles Resort.

This was the place to be as it offered numerous other benefits from other stay options such as below:

1. Upon reaching at the resort, you are greeted with a welcome drink.

2. Then the tents are allocated for the stay.

3. 3 times meal included in the package along with the evening snacks & Bonfire.

4. The most important thing, the adventure activity(70ft. Mountain Climbing) included in the stay package.

We were dumbstruck when we entered the resort and the whole of us were jaw dropped as we were amazed by the entire look and feel of the resort and how it is actually maintained, beautiful gardening, amazing view, river flowing by from a distance was the major attraction. After we checked in and went straight into our room to get freshen up and took some rest as I drove the entire night to reach this place little early. After 2-3 hours we woke up for lunch and thus, what was little surprising was the menu, which had Paneer in lunch, as most of the camp stays or any other cottages provides Paneer only singe time in their menu i.e. at night , which was the first surprise that we encountered at the resort, the food was extremely delicious. After the entire meal, we again went back to our respective tents for some rest again.

In the evening hours, the resort employee took us for mountain climbing session and guess what, it was a complementary offering from the resort, which was again a surprise to us as no one gives you a complimentary session of any adventure activity in their package. Once the activity completed we headed towards our resort and it was a bit dark till that time and then came time for evening snacks and bonfire, which everyone awaits when in Rishikesh, this again was setup outside the resort which was an open field and the round table were setup over there for the ease of everyone.

After spending some quality time along with each other near the bonfire it resulted into spending hours as we stared enjoying each others company and the temperature also lowered down, so the bonfire complimented with the weather at that time, we headed towards having dinner and guess what was in the menu Palak Paneer, Kheer, Naan, Rice, Daal, raita, & Chicken curry in Non Veg and salad. After having this delicious meal we headed towards the children play area and lived some of our childhood memories and eventually proceeded towards our tent for a wonder full sleep and next morning we woke up and after having breakfast we had some group photographs of us as a memory that we spent an amazing night at the best place so far in Rishikesh.
