This small town is surrounded by dense forest and experiences cold throughout the year and is particularly famous for its train ride which goes through numerous tunnels and lush green fields on the way.
A perfect getaway for people who want to head to the countryside, Araku Valley is perfect for nature lovers. And since it is just a couple of hours from Vizag, it can be easily reached from Hyderabad too.

Also, make sure that you try the famous Strawberry Ice Cream Shake and Jam here as this is the strawberry capital of Maharashtra.

A coastal town beside the Bay of Bengal, Vizag is a port city and also one of the main naval bases. But the best part about Vizag is that you get beaches and mountains in the same city. Yes, you heard me right!
This really makes you wonder why Vizag isn't such a popular traveler destination but well, this only means that this place isn't as crowded as other popular tourist spots. So, you can truly relax and enjoy on the beaches here. Yarada and Rishikonda beaches are two places that you absolutely have to visit when exploring Vizag.
