I've heard that Sandakphu is a really difficult trek. But the writer describes it as though it were a piece of cake. Think I should pack my bags immediately.

It's a nice weekend gateway. One can be equally engaged if they want something other than internet or digital screen or the both. The sound of water resonate through the ears are pure bliss. This place has both a waterfall and boating arena like some 3km from the fall. A INTRESTING HUMAN DAREDEVIL KIND OF THING HAPPENS HERE, ITS LIKE THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ASK YOU THROUGH SOMETHING (MOSTLY A COIN)BINTO THE FALL AND AFTER WHEN YOU THROUGH THAT THEY JUMP FROM THE SAME HEIGHT FROM WHERE YOU HAVE DROPPED THE COIN AND OUT 10 TIMES 9 TIMES THEY BRING BACK THE COIN. Another intresting place is that when you out for boating they take you to the place called "Bandar kudni" , it's a place where they who mountains are situated apart at significant height and between them the river flows, it's claimed that monkey used to jump from one mountain to another which is huge wow. Thought it does not happen now because now distance between 2 mountain is more than earlier. ALSO PART HRITIK ROSHAN'S MOVIE mohanjodarowasfilmedhere
It's a water fall which people compared with Niagara falls. But i disagree. The distinct beauty that bhedaghat has can't be compared. Especially under a full moon night. The fall just glitters like silver flowing through the dark. The river is narmada, coming through from a far and drops into Jabalpur. Being the source of water for the city and a source of income for a lot of small vendors as it's one of the go to tourist places in Jabalpur. The fall is made of water flowing over the Marble rocks, white, pink, black, brown. The marbel is so soft yet so hard that you can carve your name on the marble at the same time you can use the same marbel for making patios in your house. The falls enter into a high marbel protected area called as Bandar kudni as only monkeys can jump, climb and land over the rocks. Not a human. If you do get a chance to visit. Do take the boat ride where the boat man will narrate a beautiful sketch of words for you to imagine the beauty called. Bhedaghat.

Majuli island, the largest river island in the world is completely isolated from the chaotic 21st century city life. This island sits slap bang in the middle of the majestic Brahmaputra river in Assam. It is damn gorgeous with a tranquil vibe. Everything is hand made and hand cooked, there is no quick fix, it is just as God had intended. The island is Predominantly inhabited by the people of missing tribe who have unique cultural lifestyle. Tribals certainly have a strict open door policy! Every one who is curious to meet them is greeted with open arms, a smile and yes, a glass of local rice beer- ‘apong’ Missing are compassionate and simple people who house in heightened bamboo huts so as to be responsible towards their mother nature and to prevent flood water from entering their homes during monsoons. If you are preparing your north east itinerary, majuli is a must go !!

This was my 4th time to umngot river. Among locals umngot river is also known as Dawki river. Yes, the crystal clear water, colourful boats , an hour of boat rides, suspension bridges, some fishing and snacking on the go... Everytime i visit Meghalaya, I somehow manage one my day for this river. From Shillong it takes around 3-4 hours to reach this place. Yes , tourism is expanding in this zone each passing day so as the fair going up

Umgnot river or famously known River Dawki is a beautiful clear water river over a wide stretch. The clear water can be viewed from the bridge across the river. To witness this beauty summer is the right time. There is boating for 30-45 mins, they drop you at the island, chill, relax and then again hop back on the boat. This river continues towards Bangladesh as well so a hi-bye can be done. This beauty has to be witnessed and enjoyed.
