The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.

Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfers and flights rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/confirmed from your end.

The change in dates will attract re-quote.

Normal hotel check-in time is from 12:00hrs onwards & check-out time is at 11:00hrs.

There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00-07:00hrs (if not stated inside the package).

It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Aid conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills.

Once the booking is done- 20% of package cost.

30 days prior to departure- 30% of package cost.

15 days prior to departure- 50% of package cost.

10 days till the departure- 100% of package cost.
