In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Bucket List Travels & Co reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.

In no event shall Bucket List Travels & Co be liable for any abuse or misuse of the policy due to negligence of the customer.

Bucket List Travels & Co cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events.

Bucket List Travels & Co shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.

Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above the above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction The above said T&C’s are to be read in with the booking terms and conditions and BLT user agreement.

Please note that carrying poppy seeds (khus khus), or any products containing such seeds, is banned in Dubai.

Also banned are qat leaf, betel leaf or nuts, niswar and gutkha, which while admissible in some countries, are not permitted in the UAE.

Carrying any of these banned substances can result in strict legal action as a jail sentence or deportation.

Porter fee at hotels, airports and seaports is not included in the holiday services and has to be borne by the customer.

Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.

Any other items not mentioned under ‘inclusions’ are not included in the cost of the holiday services.

All holiday services include standard or base category rooms, unless selected otherwise.

The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.

In such an event, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable.

In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.

The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.

It would take at least 30 working days to process refunds. There is no refunds payable for any unutilised or partially utilised services (e.g. airline tickets, Meals, entrance fees, optional tour, hotel, sightseeing etc.)

The refund for the foreign exchange component of the tour will be refunded in INR only and will be at the prevailing day’s rate of exchanges of the company.

Third Party refund i.e. airlines, cruise, overseas suppliers could take between “30 to 90 working days”, provided relevant supporting are provided to the Company.

If a tour is cancelled by the Company, then all monies will be refunded after taking into consideration the actual expenses incurred for Visas, etc.

There will be complete refunds in case of visa rejections, after adjusting the embassy fee on the visa.
