It’s the less explored Austria !
Lying in the state of Tyrol and 40 kms west of Innsbruck is a hidden gem called Wildermieming. Snow capped peaks overlooking the lush green meadows, velvet sky, fairy tale houses adorned with pretty flowers and cute decorations and innocent smiling faces of the children best describes this charming village.
Being a staunch Himalayan lover, I never thought that Alps would also beguile me and the lesser known Wildermieming nestled in the Austrian Alps absolutely took my breath away with its charisma and beauty.
The nearest town is Innsbruck which is a half an hour drive to this wild beauty !!
