The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.

Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfers and flight rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/confirmed from clients end.

The change in dates will attract re-quote.

Normal hotel check-in time is 14.00 hrs onward & check-out time is 12.00 hrs.

Additional bank charges will be applicable if the payment is made in foreign currency.

The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.

There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 - 07:00 hrs. (if not stated inside the package).

At check-in, all guests will be required to present a major credit card for incidentals. "No show" is subject to full booking charges

The quotation might change due to currencies roe fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.

All the vouchers, flight tickets will be sent 6 – 2 days before the departure.

Payment should be done according to the deadline given to you. If you fail to do so, that will result in auto cancellation.

In case of auto cancellation due to non-payment on or before the due date, cancellation charges will be there and sometimes the whole of the payment done by you is non-refundable. In those travel needs, we will not be responsible and if you want to reconfirm your package you have to make the payment for that and the whole of the booking will be processed again as a fresh booking.

Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date: the entire amount paid as 1st payment instalment (deposit) would be non-refundable.

Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date: the total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable

Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date: the full amount paid by you would be non-refundable
