In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 31 days prior to journey date via Call/e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 45 days of travel date in written- only in case of refundable bookings or bookings should not fall under cancellation as per hotel policies). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges i.e, , 5 % or INR 2500 per person (whichever is higher) processing fees will be charged from customer.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 30 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes/covid restrictions, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first). Only a nomimal charge of , 5 % or INR 3000 per person (whichever is higher) processing fees will be charged from customer.
Additional terms Terms and conditions for tour booking in relation to Covid 19 pandemic.
As these terms and conditions for tour booking in relation to COVID 19 pandemic but still it shall apply to similar situations giving rise to an abrupt stoppage of the tour booked.
PART 1
If due to pandemic or limited restriction policy applies, because of which the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% or INR 3000 per person (whichever is higher) of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which are held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with service providers like airlines, hotels or DMC, etc. unless they refund us in our bank account. You have to take all the precautions during the travel including repatriation expenses if you are stranded due to suspension of service abruptly due to law enforcement at your destination or transit places. There is no guarantee of any kind of physical or financial support during such eventuality where the tour is affected due to pandemic like situation. Every country may issue its travel requirements, procedures for prior to arrival or departure at the destination to be followed at ports, rules for medical testing and examination, and so on, which must be followed. The company will not be responsible if these procedures cause any hindrance to the smooth execution of tours. You must carry contingency funds to meet any travel related medical tests or quarantine related expenses.
PART 2
Limited Restrictions policy:(Applicable only if restriction is there from any of the one or both i.e travel is restricted by any of the country customer is travelling to or from, i.e departure or arrival country.)
Credit Note issued for Full amount as refund to customers which can be used in future travel
Refund of amount to bank, 5 % or INR 3000 per person (whichever is higher) processing fees will be charged from customer.
Refund/Credit Note will be initiated only after receiving the refund/credit note from our suppliers/hotels/vendors, etc.
If you Cancel your Holiday
31 days or more before date of departure : 5 % of total cost or INR 3000 per person (whichever is higher) cancellation fees will be charged from customer.
30 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Not valid for non- refundable bookings
Note: Customer will be provided credit note of full amount (Only if credit note is issued not bank refund)
