Kadthal is a village in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana and popular for it's lush green forest and the maheswara Maha pyramid known to be one of the largest meditational pyramid accommodating 6000 people at once. The spiritual value of the land attracts lot of people around.
All the people gathered at Meet up point ( morine bakery) @6:00 AM and the vehicle papers and licence was verified along with a brief instruction on rules and hand signs to be followed while driving and started for breakfast point @ 6:40 AM. Once done with breakfast we started for Kadthal and covering a distance of 70 km, we were at kadthal by 9:00 AM.
Once in kadthal we parked all the vehicles, had a round of introduction along with warmup and started towards kadthal forest . The exploration included hike through the forest, rock climbing and lots of pictures and fun. We were back to parking by 3:00 PM and had lunch in the ashram.
Next on the plan was the maheswara maha pyramid which is one of the largest meditational pyramids built with unique cosmic design like the Giza pyramid of Egypt.More such facts were shared by the staff there where participants even did meditation to get the taste of it. After visiting the pyramid, the ashram in the place serves delicious lunch and serves food to people who come to meditate for free. After lunch, we started back to hyderabad @ 5:30 and were back to meeting point by 7:30 PM.
The weather was good that made the event more enjoyable. The people ofcourse are the best part with all the laughter and memories for lifetime. The forest exploration was fun and it was a great weekend indeed!
