Visit India in its different kind - A Spiritual India. Where people attempt to gain an inner elevation through the practice of yoga and meditation under stress-free guidance. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root "yuj", which means "to yoke" the spirit and physical body together. Yoga has evolved over thousands of years to embrace a wide range of styles and disciplines but ultimately lead to the same goal of unification and enlightenment.
