This museum is is one of the oldest museums of India. It consists of items from very very ancient times connected to art, wildlife, history, education, technology, music, and culture. It also has a separate building for exhibitions for children.
The thing I liked the most was real skeleton of animals preserved from very long time. One 60 feet skeleton of whale was too big to easily impress me, it was more than 💯 years old. I haven't seen a real whale yet, but watching it's real skeleton was just a unique experience in itself. Preserving it for such a long time would be a difficult task in itself. There were real skeleton of many other animals too.
Moreover, there is an artificial dinosaur play, that you can enjoy which might give you the feeling of a live movie. If you are going along with kids, then this dinosaur show is a must for them. They will love it.
This museum has a huge variety to show, consisting of many buildings. It has a half century of art halls, making it a great place to know our heritage.
