It was a day when I was travelling to Surat due to my some official work I reach around 8 p.m. at Surat and was staying at my hotel near Dumas road. I got freshen up and went for a walk it was 10:30 at night I was having no idea that there was a closure of restaurant at this point of time luckily there was an option of zomato and swiggy but they were not delivering at my place , so I went walking around the footpath then I saw this man his name was kirit the ultimate sandwich maker. He was there on the footpath with his small mobile shop with the provision of sandwich griller small cooker and so on I am not having any ideas of any Gujarati dishes which was available as it was written in Gujarati.
