For any additional services that the guest is interested in, they will have to pay at the hotel directly.

The above rates are based on the number of passengers (as mentioned above) travelling together. Should there be any change in the number of passengers, the rates may change accordingly.

Food and services provided by the hotel are as per hotel policy. If the client has any special requirement it can be received from the hotel on a direct payment basis.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Normal check-in time is between 02 PM to 3 PM & check-out is between 11 AM to 12 PM

The above-mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on availability at the time of booking. If not suitable alternatives will be suggested.

All sightseeing is optional, the guests can visit only if they feel like it.

Some sites are subject to time and weather condition and other unavoidable circumstances. E g: safari, whale watching, at Nuwara Eliya, sightseeing & travel not allowed after 8 pm due to mist & fog.

Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.

To confirm and book the package, you have to pay 10% of the package for packages less than $500, 20% of the package amount for packages above $500

Another instalment of 10% of the package before 15 days of the trips starts.

If the cancellation is done 30 days before arrival - No cancellation charges ($30 service charges)

If the cancellation is done 30 - 21 days before the travel date - 75% will be charged based on the booking

If the cancellation is done 20 - 0 days before the travel date - 100% will be charged based on the booking
