- An agent’s representative will pick you up at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo and then transfer you to Kandy

If the cancellation is done 30 to 20 days before the travel date: 50% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges
If the cancellation is done 20 to 08 days before the travel date: 75% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges
If the cancellation is done 07 to 0 days before the travel date: 100% of the total cost will be the cancellation charges
Visa fees and service charge are non-refundable.

Overseas Insurance policy after insurance is non–refundable.
