We started early in the morning from Capetown, to explore the most famous Garden Route.
As we have already planned in advance that we will make a round trip of Garden route starting from Capetown for 5 days.
We hired a self drive Nissan SUV from Thrifty. In South Africa it is left hand drive, so i dint find it difficult to drive even on the new routes. The road network is extremely good, with less traffic n hassel's.
We fueled up our vehicle and headed to George via Hermanus and Mosselbay.
The travel of nearly 450 kms on Garden Route is extremely awesome, coz Garden route is one of South Africa's most popular holiday destinations..
On the way we stopped many a times just struck with the amazing landscapes we were witnessing for the first time.. the entire route is a combination of forests, rivers, wetlands, pristine stretches of beach, lakes, mountains and fynbos.

One more thing one should remember while staying n driving in Africa is that it is not safe to drive or roam around after dark as it is not at all safe.. mugging is quite common even in the cities as well as on the long distance travel routes.

We were capturing hundreds of pictures and lost hint of our schedule, but were able to reach George before dark.. after reaching the town we went on looking for a accommodation to spend the night.
We were lucky to find a beautiful homestay accommodation in the Wilderness near George.
So we dropped in our luggage quickly freshened up started to search for a restaurant.. (even restaurants, shops etc also will be closed by 7.30pm) we found a KFC, we had our dinner and rushed back to our accommodation..
Ended the day with a discussion on our next day schedule to Knysna and Bloukrans with few bottle of Savanna (apple cider drink which is famous in South Africa) we picked up on the way.

Had half sleep last night, was all excited about today's Bungee and couldn't sleep well, woke up way before the sun broke out..
Its an awesome day to start in the wilderness and start our journey to do the Big Big Adventure at Bloukrans..
Yes its the Bungee Jump at FaceAdrenaline located at the Worlds Highest Commercial Bridge.. it's about 216 Mtrs / 710 feet above the Bloukrans river..

Was excited on a hand and too tensed on the other hand to gather the courage to jump from seventy(70) stories height..

Finally with all kinds of thoughts running in the mind, we arrived at Bloukrans and purchased the tickets for bungee..
Then started the real తకదిమితొం in the mind and heart when we climbed the walkway heading to the jumping point.. then started a small current of fear passing through the spine.

Finally arrived at the Jumping point where the Bungee masters gave us the initial mandatory brief of the jump and got our signatures on the Liability Waiver forms..
While the masters were fixing the bungee chords and safety equipment, i finally gave up on my 2nd thoughts and was waiting for the moment to experience the Real Rush of ADRENALINE through me..

The time has come, the masters took me to the edge and said, 3----2----1----bungeee when I simply leaned forward to drop down 700 feet freefall at a speed of 200 kms/hour for 5-6secs..
Can't explain that feeling in words, i was flying n dropping as the gravity is pulling me down and bungee cord is pulling me up..

An experience to remember for a life time..

After the other 2 completed their jumps, we colleted our video souvenirs and headed to Tsitsikamma village adventures to do a trek through jungle and have done the Ziplining through the waterfalls..
Finally before dark we reached at Knysna where we found a beautiful accommodation just opposite to the Waterfront.. Had our dinner at a local punjabi restaurant and called it off for the day..

After doing the biggest adventure for the 1st time in life yesterday, today is the day spent at leisure..
Day started with a black coffee at Knysna Quays Waterfront Marina.. Had our breakfast with yummy yummy Oysters 😋
Headed to Pletternberg bay for Paragliding which couldn't happen because of bad winds over the sea.. so we spent most of the day enjoying the views at the beach and having some pictures..
Sunset was a treat to watch 🌅
Had our dinner with tequila shots discussing about the big next day for another adventure..
Finally checked into Wilderness beach hotel to call it off for the day..
