I had this amazing trip to Rishikesh on my weekend. After completing office on Friday I boarded a bug to Rishikesh. So on Saturday me and Suryadev landed in this dev bhoomi together. First Thing I did I rented a scooty and started my journey of exploring this beautiful place.
On the Day 1 Itself I have covered local sight seeing which includes - Yoga Centres, Parmarth Niketan, Geeta Bhavan, Vashisth Gufa, Neer Garh Waterfall, Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula , Sita Jhula, and Chaurasi Kutiya. I have covered these all places by the time of my hostel check in . After getting freshen up I directly headed for river rafting. I wanted to cover all of these spots during the day so that I can spend a peachful evening by just sitting with Maa Ganga.
Note: Stay near Ram Jhula if you want to spend some quality time with youself. Ghats near Ram Jhula are very beautiful and calm.
Waked up at 4 am and started my Trek to Neelkhanth mahadev temple which is a very beautiful dense forest 8 kms trek. And when you see Mahadev at top you will forget everything. Came back from trek around 4 pm and headed towards Triveni Ghat to see the mesmerizing ganga aarti.
