I am not an architect but am fascinated by it. It's been years since I discovered this passion. With the camera in hand, I get to connect with people, their culture and history. People always get curious and ask what will I do with such captures of despair?
While exploring the lanes of the Uprahti area, I came across a door right across this haveli when a curious bunch of kids asked what am I doing.
When answered one of them pulled me inside his house and informed his father that I have come from Delhi with an interest in old buildings, and
'bhaiya bahar khargosh ki photo le rahe the!' and his father said 'wo khargosh nahi haathi hai!' 😂
