Since, I stay in Pune. I planned it all few days ago. Got enough water bottles, and homemade sandwiches. It was an 81 Km drive from my flat and it was smooth.
If you are planning to give yourself a challenge and want to feel the thrill. Do give this trek a try.
Important Points.
* Try to drive as early as possible be there maximum by 9 am or even before that.
* It is 2 hour trek from base to the Fort, make sure your have good gripping shoes and comfortable as well. There are some tough points when you go up
* Wear easy clothes.
* Have Light Breakfast ( Energy Driven)and drink fluids, and carry food with you. Get atleast 3 bottles of water per person. And trek slow and enjoy.
* Get some necessary medicines and like anti dizzy or crape bandages. You might need them. First aid kit.
* You can either return in a day aur can camp for a night.
* Make sure you go with your friends or gf. It is very safe and people are friendly.
*If you are not physically active person it might get difficult but you can do it. But you will get cramps for sure once you are back home,it is all worth it. You will be fine later.
* Calculate your luggage and plan your trip. Once you start trekking you will not find any shop or food stall.
* Believe in yourself.
This is all. It was an amazing experience. You will find ☮️ in the midst of Chaos.
