So finally after a long break I thought of traveling to Pushkar with a friend and my camera bag and it took us around 6 hours to reach . Once we reached we rushed to the Camel fair . And to my amazement it was a photographer's playground and there were hundreds of photographers clicking pics . We stayed for an hour or two and then we headed to Pushkar carnival which mostly runs all throughout the night . It was a fun evening and we were glad to visit this carnival. In the night we came back and while walking we came across couple of Israeli cafes. The food was lovely and that was the end of a beautiful fun filled day .
Next day as we got up early and as couldn't enjoy much of the Pushkar camel fair last evening we headed to the fair again early morning so that we can spend some more time and click some pictures and also as it was less crowded we were little relaxed. Once we were done we headed back to the hotel for some rest .
Around noon we went straight to the Ghats . And to my surprise it was such a beautiful site peaceful less chaotic. A must visit if you are visiting Pushkar . Then after we had some food in the nearby cafe filled with people traveling from different countries.
In the evening we went to local market to enjoy some delicious indian food and there someone told us to go on the 24×7 cafe in the rooftop to checkout the beautiful city of Pushkar in the night . We went upstairs and it was lovely with Ghats all light up and there was so much energy in that place and we could see people chatting and sounds of prayers and traditional music .
Once we came down after a long relaxing chat and some coffee we heard some traditional dance music and we headed in that direction as we were curious as it was coming from inside one of the temples. Once we entered we realized there was a tradition dance performance happening . We sat enjoyed for sometime and thanked ourselves that good or came to this place and during this time . The weather was nice and so was the energy. And then after it was over we walked back home in the full moon night through the villages and narrow but open lanes with farms on both the sides and sillioute of the mountains in the background. What a beautiful trip it was
