If you plan to reach pink city before 10am,it's advised to first head for City places like Jalmahal..seeing these places in morning is a different level as compared to afternoon or evening.

We have first visited Jantar mantar where you can find all astrology instruments,zodiac signs,tools for prediction of wind, weather,time

Many ancient tools like Samrat Yantra which predicts day duration by shadow of sun..
It's must to take a tourist guide here who will explain all details ..

Very informative for students also ..a small museum is also there which shows history of all these tools.
Ticket price is 50inr
And duration is 30-45mins depending upon interest..

Avoid going in mid afternoon as there is no shady trees  ..

Then plan to Go hawamahal/City Palace(just in front of jantar mantar) which is just around 200m from Jantar mantar..you will be asked by many riksha drivers to go there ..but you can go by foot as it's very near..

Do try some Matka Kulfi if you want it there..

If you plan to go to City palace..I would advise to first cover that in afternoon as it takes around 2-2.5hrs to cover that..there are so many royal family things like dress, ornaments ..a palace kind of feeling..but again you cannot touch or click pics at many place..

Then plan to go hawamahal..the best thing about hawamahal is..that more stairs ..you take upwards..more clearly you can see Jaipur view..
You can sing..Kehne ko Jashne bahara h song in these corridors..it's beautifully maintained..and when you go up by stairs..you will find a different type of darkness ..which will thrill you..

You will see a different view of city..from each window of hawamahal..

Time will be around 30mins (50Inr)

You can come down and plan for a lunch nearby (LMB is most recommended with good hygenic food )..you can try Thali there..
Also try Rabri -Chach (which gives peace in summer heat) easily available on street vendors..this Lmb is in Johri baazar..where you can reach by Tuktuk (5-10rs) and reach there ..

After that..you can plan to go Albert Hall museum..try and click mesmerizing pictures outside Albert hall with pigeons , horses and Building..do try horseriding.. although it's not that thrill as camel or elephant ride..but still it's worth..
Time will be 1hr..you will also find one Egyptian mummy inside museum which is preserved from a long time...

After this ,you can either go to Jaipur zoo(before 5pm only) ..it's an average one..not so good..

If you have time around (5-6Pm),then you can leave for Patrika Gate ..which is again very great in architecture and design ...
