Mount abu || Rajasthan || Hometown

For me mount abu is not a place to visit as a tourist but it's my hometown . My place , my satisfaction , my dream .

So , mount abu is it is in "SIROHI" district . So let's get to the basics of sirohi. Sirohi is the place where sirohi was famous for swords . It is believed that sirohi was the finest place where sword was manufactures and the rajputana place as well.

Mount abu is in sirohi district where we all worship maharana pratap because Maharana pratap who was the warrior who never allow akbar to capture the south rajasthan . This is some things that feels us proud that those places which was not captured by akbar is one of ours .
I will break two words MOUNT and ABU which will describe how the name is kept.
Name behind our place
Mount means mountains
Abu means lord durga knows as (अर्बुदा देवी)

*NAKKI LAKE*
Nakki lake is a normal lake but what this makes nakki lakes is this lake has been digged  by rasiya balm from his nakk(nails). So that is the importance of this lake

*GURU SHIKHAR*
Guru shikhar is the highest range peak in aravali ranges that aravali range which starts from alwar and ends at ambaji so the total distance is approx 950 kilometer.
And in that 950 kilometer aravali ranges is on top which is in my place mount abu.

*DELWARA TEMPLE*
This temple is a jain temple which was built by solanki rulers because of its arts and design . The speciality is it was designed on stone architecture

*ACHALGARH*
Achal garh mahadev is a shiv temple where you can see shiva s finger over there . And it is said that there is a way to reach in paagal from that place else sher shah suri came here and tried to put many more things into shiva s kund but it never being full so he later told that something is there which it's not coming back .

There are many more places but again I would say don't be tourist be the local one and visit locally .
