Delhi to Jaipur by Bus
The Jaipur Literature fest was going and I so want to visit that and also, the beautiful pink city. Being a frequent traveller it's important for me to calculate my budget.
After experiencing hostel stay in Udaipur, Rajasthan I decided to stay in hostel here too. Hostel Karwaan is not just a hostel I would say. It's a home for backpackers and solo travellers like us.
I reached Jaipur in night and the owner of hostel, Aditya Karwaan, was so kind that he picked me from bus stop.
After checkin and dinner I joined musical night on terrace. I must say it was such a soulful night. Young artists were performing, sharing stories, poems, Bonfire, food and drinks, etc.
Next morning I took a small walk around athe place and have my sunkissed ginger tea in a small shop. The location of hostel is very posh and safe.
After having breakfast in hostel I left for literature Festival. As I have a day only to explore so I didn't visit any monuments but took a Tuk-Tuk just to go around and see from outside.
In evening, swinging on hammock in garden area of hostel, listening music, talking with other travelers was so peaceful and relaxing. It was so homely.
In night, I had dinner in Tatto Cafe, opposite to Hawa Mahal. The beauty of this monument is amazing in night.
On sunday, I check out in morning. It was an amazing experience and so pocket friendly.
At Hostel Karwaan you can enjoy:
Homely stay and food,
Music and bonfire,
Camping and star gazing,
City tours and food walks,
Heritage walks, etc.
