Samode Palace is located little over an hour away from Jaipur at a discreet location in the village of Samode. Perched on top of a hill with Aravalli hills surrounding this huge sand yellow colored palace , it lets you indulge in a weekend of absolute luxury.

The Palace is almost 475 year old with Regal Indo-Saracenic architecture which is a feast for your eyes. The Palace is also quite popular with the celebrities and many popular movies have been shot here. Let me take you through the cozy courtyards, magnificent lawns, the vintage car collection and all things royal !

The frescoes in the Durbar Hall are said to be 250 years old with beautiful paintings of floral motifs, Gods and goddesses . A beautiful blue room behind the Sheesh Mahal which used to be the resting place for King and Queen is too beautiful for words.
