Day 1

Rajasthan trip was very impromptu trip. I and my friend, we both just knew that it was going to be Rajasthan this time.So i convinced 2 of my friend's to join us.We had no bookings done ,like literally no bookings.
We took a bus from Pune and landed to Jodhpur in morning at 10 a.m.With the help of local people, we booked Dharamshala and stayed there for 2 days.
This costs us 300 rs per day.
( Booked Dharamshala because it is located at the heart of city.)
They say sudden plans turn out to be best, and it was one of those.
We ended day 1 visiting Jaswant thada ,and trying out some local food. Auto rides in Jodhpur are quite cheap.
Auto rides, local food costs us only 200 rs per head.

After the Meherangarh fort, we took a quick visit to Umaid bhawan.(Note - we travelled Jodhpur by autorickshaw , which are quite cheap)

Day 3

What next ? With the help of local person in Jodhpur we booked a car.We booked a car in rs 5000  , where he promised us to drop to Udaipur in a day. We started our road journey towards Kumbhalgarh fort.
Road trips in Rajasthan are fun as the roads are very clean .We took our first stop at "Bullet Baba Mandir ".
There lies a history behind this temple which is very interesting. After that we took our second stop at Ranakpur mandir. Distance between Jodhpur to Ranakpur is approximately 2 hours. Being a gujrati kid, I spent lot of time in exploring that temple .That was so peaceful and with full of hopes.
It was now time to head towards Kumbhalgarh fort. Distance between Ranakpur and Kumbhalgarh fort is approximately 1 hour. It took us 2-3 hours to visit complete Kumbhalgarh fort. It is the second largest building in the world and largest great wall after Great Wall of China.
After this we finally started our journey towards Udaipur.
We reached Udaipur at 10 in the night and booked a hotel Tiger which is next to Lake pichola in city area
It costs us 1800 per room per night.
Also day expenses i.e lunch, breakfast, dinner ,costs us 500-600 per head.

Udaipur has very good market with lots of variety.

Chittorgarh is one of the largest forts in India. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.It is must visit fort.
We almost spent an entire day in Chittorgarh. We had our one time meal near railway station and started our return journy towards Udaipur.

Day 6

We were in so love with Udaipur, that we decided to extend our stay.
This day was to explore city, street Market, food and chill for a while.
Udaipur Market is famous for artifact's,jootis, and rajasthani dresses. And yes if you have well bargaining skills, then you are at right place.
But heyyy,,, they don't accept Cards in the marketplace, so you need to carry cash only.
After spending quite of time at market place we headed towards lake pichola and had beautiful time watching sunset and boating, because one cannot miss the beautiful sunset .I still remember how badly we ran for that sunset.
This was one of the most memorable day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner - 500-600 rs per head.
(Exclusive of personal shopping)
Travel expense - 150-200 rs per head.
