Base category rooms will be booked in the hotel. In case of non-availability, we can book upper category rooms at extra cost if you want the same hotel else we will provide same price hotels.

Children age 5-12 will charge as per child without extra bed.

Hotels have their policies for Room Heater, Wifi, Swimming pool, Spa and these can be availed at an extra cost. We only confirm a room with a given meal plan.

If the trip is cancelled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

If the trip is cancelled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 50% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

If the trip is cancelled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 75% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

If the trip is cancelled between 0-7 days before the starting date, 95% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

In the case of no Show, 100% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.

Note: No of days for cancellation will be counted by the first contract and check-in time and date. The first contact will be considered when you send first email/WhatsApp to our salesperson for cancellation request.
