I am not a mountain or beach person, i m beaches to mountains person both having significant role in my life On 1st September 2019 at 5:30 am I along with my 4 friends, started my journey to Devkund from Pune, it took approximately 4 hrs this was my 3rd time driving experience into the mountains and 1st in Maharashtra. I was excited, I must say the roads are that beautiful which I can't resist my self for loving it, we were driving up hills lots of small waterfalls are registering there presence to us. At a point we drive in between the clouds and that drive was so mesmerizing that I can't explain it in words. My heart is dancing I felt superbly blessed that I am in one of them who have privilege to experience these things after reaching the base which is situated in bhira village we started our trekking to Devkund which is supposed to be a trek of approximately 6 kms carrying all of cameras we started. We faced lots of water crossings and different types of hurdles even I fell 6 times in whole trek but it was more enjoyable than pain we trekked around 3 kms where we found a river heavily flowing and my guide told us that we have to cross it so he tied rope at the both end of river side for helping us to cross that river when I started crossing river I found it so hard. Water level was uptown my neck and current of water wasn't allowing to walk it keep pushing hardly. By facing all difficulties we crossed that river but my camera bag is much heavy and equipment in it was so expensive that I can't afford damaging them so me and my friends decided to stop our trekking at that point till then flow water was also increased that became more difficult to go back but some how we managed and get back from there I promised my roaming heart that I will visit there soon without my heavy camera equipments and I will complete that trek. Although we all enjoyed alot I must say Devkund is very fun loving place
