Lionel & Emma quit their jobs in the media industry in Melbourne, sold almost all of their belongings at a market, and set out to explore South-East Asia on a tight budget. Across 8 months of adventures, they have seen incredible sights, met inspiring people, suffered temple-fatigue, cave-fatigue, waterfall-fatigue, food poisoning, constipation; had a motorbike accident in Vietnam, a malaria scare in Cambodia and initiated competitive water balloon fights with locals in remote villages in Laos. They are currently preparing their next adventure, intending to spend several months diving on Koh Tao in Thailand. They love independent, off the beaten track travel and hope to inspire others to buy a one way ticket.
